As a textile graduate, I chose Xinguang blanket, an enterprise that can give full play to my professional skills. At the same time, I also thank Xinguang Group for giving me a job. I threw myself into my work with anticipation, hope and ambition. The three-month internship is coming to an end. In these three months, I have paid my sweat, wisdom and hard work, and what I have gained is little by little experience and teachings.
I was assigned to the third phase of warp knitting workshop to learn warp knitting technology. Since I have studied warp knitting in school, I think it should be a very simple job for me. However, the first month of internship almost overwhelmed me. For a whole month, I will work 12 hours a day with the disc workers, changing the head and yarn. I thought to myself, this is completely taking me as a coolie, and there is a little imbalance in my heart. Only later did I understand the brilliance of this month's internship. On the one hand, manual labor tests whether I have the spirit of hard work and the determination to persist in working here. On the one hand, through this simple work, I can create value for the company and realize my own value. On the other hand, it can help me understand the most basic work of warp knitting and how some problems in these work will affect the future process. During this period of time, I basically went to work, ate and slept, living a simple and regular life. In my opinion, those who achieve great things must first suffer their minds, strain their bones and muscles, starve their skin and deplete their bodies. How can you get a plum blossom fragrance without a bit of cold.
In the next two months, I systematically studied the blanket warp knitting process in the workshop, and learned from various aspects such as raw materials, structure, warp sending amount, fabric defects, etc. The learning process ranges from warping to warp knitting to cutting and inspecting cloth. A few simple pages or dozens of pages of theory in writing are transformed into real parts, machines and factories in actual production. Theories or terms learned in books are completely transformed into experience in production. Theory and experience are interlinked, but sometimes theory is not as real and concrete as experience, and can actually solve problems. For example, for the determination of the amount of the send-off, the theoretical calculation of the value is not as accurate as the empirical data.
Three months of internship, I saw the company in personnel management, product quality control and raw materials and equipment management standardization, standardization and controllable. Staff skills training, staff in strict accordance with the operating standards, not only to ensure the safety of employees, but also improve work efficiency. The feedback system is well applied in product quality control. For example, to control the weight of semi-finished products, it is not enough to calculate them. It is also necessary to inspect the woven products and feedback the process parameters.
Choosing Xinguang is my wisest choice. A company with standardized management, strict discipline, vitality and positive progress has always been my appeal. With three months of full harvest, I will do my duty in my post and contribute to the beautiful development of Xinguang.
Green because of industry and trade printing workshop a gray cloth joint new initiatives
The joint of gray cloth in printing workshop is an important problem that affects the production quality and output. In order to ensure that the gray cloth on the machine does not appear to be discounted, the gray cloth joint is required to be straight. The original sealing machine line used is relatively thick, and the employees who hang the cloth after the gray cloth comes out of the pre-oven need to work hard to tear open the joint, or use the blade to separate the joint, thus posing potential safety hazards. In order to solve this problem, the first workshop of Green Industry and Trade Printing tried various specifications of lines, compared the cost at the same time, and finally decided to use the pagoda line. Compared with the original sealing machine line, the pagoda line needs to use six sealing machines a day for a printing line to connect with the cloth head, while the pagoda line only uses two for three days, thus greatly saving the cost.
Compared with the packing machine line, the pagoda line not only saves a lot of cost, but also the cloth hanger can easily tear open the gray cloth joint to eliminate potential safety hazards. The packing machine line is relatively thick, the joint is more, the long-term use of the packing machine damage is larger, often appear broken needle phenomenon. The pagoda line is very thin and the joint is small, which will not affect the sealing machine.
